Meet Robyn Reilly Chancey

Helping players build confidence, improve their game, and discover the community that makes pickleball so special.

When I first picked up a paddle, I discovered something much bigger than a new sport.

Yes, pickleball is fun. Yes, it’s challenging. But what keeps people coming back isn’t just the game—it’s the friendships, the encouragement, and the feeling of belonging to something special.

I love watching someone walk onto the court feeling nervous and unsure, then leave smiling because they’ve learned something new, met great people, and can’t wait to play again. Whether you’re picking up a paddle for the very first time or looking to sharpen your skills, my goal is to help you improve in a welcoming, encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable.

Why I coach

I often tell my players:

“You all think it’s about the pickleball—but it’s really about finding your people.”

For me, pickleball is the vehicle. Confidence, connection, and community are the destination.

I love helping beginners start the right way so they can enjoy the game from day one. Watching someone go from nervous to confident is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching.

Whether you’re learning the fundamentals or refining strategy, I break the game into simple, practical concepts that immediately translate into better play.

Some of my favorite moments happen after the games are over. Pickleball has an incredible way of bringing people together, creating friendships, and making everyone feel like they belong.
